A3: Send us an inquiry → receive our quotation → negotiate details → confirm samples → sign contract/deposit → mass production → goods preparation → balance/delivery → further cooperation
Q4: Can you send me a price list?
A4: For all of our motors, they are customized based on different requirements like power, voltage, gear ratio, rated torque and shaft diameter etc. The price also varies according to different order qty. So it’s really difficult for us to provide a price list. If you can share your detailed specification and order qty, we’ll see what offer we can provide. Q5: Is it possible for you to develop new motors if we provide the tooling cost?
A5: Yes. Please kindly share the detailed requirements like performance, size, annual quantity, target price etc. Then we’ll make our evaluation to see if we can arrange or not.
Q6: How about Sample order?
A6: Sample available for you to choose from. Please contact us. Once we charge you a sample fee,. When you place a formal order, before the order reached a certain amount, can negotiate the return of samples. Contact us. We'll make sure.
Q7: Which shipping way is available?
A7: DHL, UPS, FedEx, TNT, EMS, China Post,Sea are available.The other shipping ways are also available, please contact us if you need ship by the other shipping way. Q8: How long is the deliver[Producing] and shipping?
A8:Sample delivery time is about 7-10 days, bulk delivery usually takes about 15-25 working days. The time of delivery depends on the quantity you order. Please refer to sales confirmation as final reference.
Q9: My package has missing products. What can I do?
A9: Please contact our support team, we will confirm your order with the package content. We apologize for any inconvenience caused to you.
Q10: How to confirm the payment? A10: We accept T/T, PayPal payment, and other payment methods are also acceptable. Please contact us before using other payment methods. 30-50% deposit can also be provided, and the balance should be in Pay before shipment.
Q11: What are your payment terms?
A11: Payment <=5000USD, 100% in advance. Payment>=5000 USD, 50% T/T in advance, balance before shipment.
